The property is accessed via electrical gates and a drive with outside lighting on each side of the drive. You enter the house into a dining room next to the kitchen, it is approximately 24m2 with wooden beams and tiled floor, the doors are farm doors opening on the front garden. The kitchen is about 15m2 with a utility room on one side and a garage on the other side (32m2) which could be kept as a garage or converted into another room. All windows are double glazed and have shutters downstairs. There is another lounge (approx.36m2) with beams and a tiled floor and windows on either side of the room and farm doors. There are stairs leading to the bedrooms on the first floor. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms with beams and carpeted floors, a wc and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a large mezzanine area with imposing beams, a corridor leading to another bedroom with a nice window and the last

Access to the rest of the land is through a drive on the side of this field. At the top of the land there is about 1.6 ha on which there are no trees, they have been taken out to create another field.
